Restaurant "Alte Nikolaischule"
This ancient house was built in 1511/12 to be the first town school in Leipzig. Famous people like Gottfried Wilhelm Leibnitz or Richard Wagner went to school here. Now it's one of the most famous restaurants in the city. Good middle-class Saxon cuisine also suitable for groups. Yet, due to the historic setting and atmosphere prices are rather upscale.
