In an old gasometer in the south of Leipzig you can find the world's biggest 360 degrees panorama. In "Yadegar Asisi's magical picture of nature - AMAZONIA" you were able to experience the amazing and fascinating world of the Amazon. They already showed panoramas of the old Rome but at the moment the panorama throws you back to the year 1813 when the Battle of Nations destroyed Leipzig almost completely. Visitors have the best view over the city of Leipzig (under Napoleonic Command) from a platform six metres above the ground. The entrance fee also includes an exhibition about the horrors of the war and its after-effects on the whole of Europe. Extremely touching and impressive!
